比原版的少了右边的  搜索不到GHO备份文件的提示

1.正在获取信息确实不怎么美观
2.ghost32默认和自定义ghost可以不默认选择，多数都有这些文件
3.禁用访问ide设备还是默认的好，毕竟是主流

在DOS下的搜索功能在后续版会改为只搜索根目录和1级目录的，多谢建议

原来如此，我这里上个版本还会勾选，最新版默认没选了，以为取消了

最近四五年的应该都是sata的吧..ide应该都是很老的机子了
