解决局域网不能访问PE的问题

发现有很多人在问局域网内网上邻居不能与PE实现互访问题，将附件里的文件覆盖到你PE的SYSTEM32里，在启动PENETCFG并设置网络时设置共享与添加用户就可以了，记住这个用户一定要设密码。这些做完后SERVER服务就自动开启了，也无需映射网络驱动器。这个老版PENETCFG.EXE是没有经过汉化的。

或許大家試試下面的方法. 已用了一段時間.是成功的.
ChgNtfy.exe 可以不用, 影響似乎只是在 explorer 沒哪個 share 的顯示樣子.
