新版的win10、win11用旧版的系统属性的方法

从20226预览版和19041.X某个版本起， 系统 属性（计算机右键菜单 属性）指向了 新的 设置程序了。本人测试了最新的20348、21390和22000版本可以换回旧版的。（在PE启动的最后 运行下面的批处理）

是因为winxshell把 计算机 右键 属性 劫持了。。
