adk制作的PE，explorer不出来

用win10 adk制作的PE，该添加的也加了，注册表修改了，就是出不来explorer，添加的内容都是从install.wim里复制的，添加的内容在2楼，adk版本是1703 ，我下载的镜像也是1703，哪位大神帮看看还缺少什么没有添加，跪求！！！

在ADK基础上，只增加25个文件即可启动explorer，多加或者少加都有可能无法启动explorer. 25个核心文件：

adk默认英文，所以在增加以上25个文件前，先安装语言
  dism /image:%mountdir% /add-package /packagepath:"%WinPERoot%\adm64\WinPE_OCs\Winpe-FontSupport-zh-cn.cab"

1703版本很特别，你考虑从本机拷贝如下文件看看：
w:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository\StateRepository-Deployment.srd
w:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository\StateRepository-Machine.srd

你删除如下文件和目录试试：
删除目录 W:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-wallpaperhost_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.15063.0_none_6f17d0d7de2b430c
删除文件 w:\windows\system32\WallpaperHost.exe
