我快疯啦，message菜单怎么更改行间距

我把菜单的文字打上图像上，但是奇怪的是，我无法定位菜单条的位置，不像esayboot那样可以用鼠标锁定菜单的位置，有那个人可以告诉我怎么做才能定位这个菜单条的位置（PS图片时，为啦美观，我输入文字时候直接换行输入的）
