封装XPE后，提示NVGTS.SYS丢失，如何解决？

引导时候提示
windows无法启动，因为system32\drivers\nvgts.sys 丢失，要按R修复……
用浏览工具看了目录下有这个文件，替换掉也不行，请求高人指点。

我试了好几个自动封装软件，都不能用引导，直接用sysrep来写，XP界面出来，读条1下后直接死机……悲伤，难过，痛苦，大神们，你们在哪里啊？！
