找到相应用户名文件夹里的这个位置的env.ini
然后自己配置也好，直接拷贝覆盖也好都可以离线调整Ramos内存系统里的搜狗输入法的设置：

uefi启动的双镜像ramos按需保存的最佳方法在桌面上（或者C盘里）新建一个bat，bat内容如下：
RunDll32.exe USER32.DLL UpdatePerUserSystemParameters
"C:\Program Files\Primo Ramdisk\rxprd.exe" save 0 -F flat -s

env.ini 只需保留[Setting]标签部分，其余可以删除。
