【WinPE构建器插件】20230319更新支持22621内核S用户有声音

更新一下winpe构建器插件，这次支持了22621版本的内核，不用admin用户也可以有声音！

Noel 花了3个月调查22h2制作的PE无法播放出声音的问题，通过和Admin登录的用户的情况对比，
发现 AudioSrvPolicyManager.dll中对于下面的调用不同。

function _lambda_578ae89ec9d34aac4820f7673924a253___operator__ proc near
      call cs:__imp_WTSEnumerateSessionsW
      Loop for each session
            call cs:__imp_WTSQuerySessionInformationW
            "set" AUDIOSRVPOLICYMANAGER!g_GlobalUserPresent
      endLoop
endFunction

通过修改特定的判断汇编指令，使得SYSTEM用户也可以播放声音了。

it's true, i worked 3 months to get sound in system session.
And i worked more than 1 year (in the past) to find how to "bring" WPD/MTP (KMF/UMF) in winpe.
I also put "hyperV" in a winpe w10.
I like research in winpe with windbg/procmon/ida.
But i never find one guy who wants to work in this domain of reverse engineering in winpe.
Because i use translator for writing it's difficult for me to share directly with you.
But you can read my results of research on ht tps!\the oven .org (without spaces). If you can't register because the security mecanism is not friendly, i can give you the good code.
