當然可以啦, 用pebuilder 加上 plugin , 是最簡單容易不過的了.

正如adatsui所說, 我很久前制作過一個繁體中文的插件的, 我想xpe還能用, 為確保registry不被其他plugin覆複, 記得要用 zcht_20040414這個 目錄。
補充, 這個插件內含新倉頡輸入法。
