简介
Win11 24H2发布之后，一直想找一个24H2的PE来用，但是找到的都不是很符合本人要求。加上论坛上这类手工制作PE的教程也不多，于是打算写写制作教程。今天是小年，就当是给大家的新年礼物了。祝大家新年快乐！

注意：
本教程的目的仅为研究 Windows 操作系统的功能和稳定性，如有需要请购买正版软件！
本文教程中涉及对大量注册表、文件等的处理，需要对PE系统有足够了解、有一定耐心的人进行操作。本人不对因操作不当而导致的损失负责！
本教程参考了一些PE生成工具（Wimbuilder2等）和大佬们的指点，加上本人的经验写成的，向所有为本教程提供帮助的人表示感谢！

（注：因为教程的内容较多，加上论坛有字数限制，所以整篇教程将分为（上）（下）两个帖子介绍。）

制作前准备：


一、制作CmdPE
1.1、挂载24H2系统镜像，用7-Zip打开boot.wim文件，将第2卷里的所有内容提取到BOOT文件夹。

1.2、精简PE中的无用文件，方便之后的制作。
（注：需要删除的文件比较多，推荐使用附件中的 1-Lite.exe 对PE进行全自动化精简，使用后可以直接忽略1.2.1和1.2.2的内容！）

1.2.1、删除BOOT中的以下文件：

1.4.5、用NSudo提权，以SYSTEM权限运行附件中的 1-Build_Registry.cmd 批处理，自动处理注册表。

2.2、处理注册表。
2.2.1、分别挂载PE的 DEFAULT、SOFTWARE、SYSTEM 注册表配置单元为 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\PE-DEF、PE-SOFT、PE-SYS 项。
2.2.2、挂载从 install.wim 里提取的 SYSTEM 注册表配置单元为 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\OS-SYS 项。
2.2.3、以SYSTEM权限运行附件中的 Explorer_Registry.cmd 批处理。

2.3、添加 PECMD（必须）
复制附件中的 PECMD.EXE、PECMD.INI 到 BOOT 的 System32 目录。

2.4、添加StartAllBack（必须）
复制附件中的 StartAllBack 文件夹到 BOOT 的 Program Files 目录。
（注：Win11 24H2 的原生 Explorer 在PE中必须安装 StartAllBack 才能运行！）

2.5、用WimTool打包wim启动虚拟机测试，可正常进入桌面。

（注：因为没有DWM渲染，所以某些窗口元素会显示不正常，资源管理器窗口也无法拖动。接下来会添加DWM支持。）



三、添加应用程序支持
（注：包含 OpenGL、DirectX 运行时、32位程序支持。很多系统组件都依赖这些文件。）

楼主，启动您制作的pe测试了一下，感觉很好，只要自己再添加一些常用工具就可以了。
给楼主二点小小的建议：
一是添加系统自带对压缩文件的支持，还有iso文件资源管理器打开的功能，在pe没有安装其他常用工具的情况下，这二个功能很有用。
二是稍稍增加驱动，比如在笔记本上测试，无线网卡驱动都没有，这个很常用的，建议在pe内核里加上。

楼主新年好!
前不久按照教程制作PE,发现的问题已反馈给楼主.今天重新制作,完成添加explorer后,能启动,背景黑色,桌面只有我的电脑,回收站显示,任务栏只有日期时间显示.右键点击任务栏有菜单显示,桌面点击我的电脑,资源管理器不运行.
另有个疑问,2.2.2挂载从 install.wim 里提取的 SYSTEM 注册表配置单元为 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\OS-SYS 项,是重新从install.wim中提取还是1.4.2从install.wim 第5卷提取 DEFAULT、DRIVERS、SYSTEM 注册表配置单元，放在一个地方备用的那个SYSTEM?这二个SYSTEM大小不同,不一样了.是不是这一步操作有问题导致的启动后explorer不能运行?

不是同一个了，从install.wim中重新提取的和备用的经过处理的大小不一样了，备用的那个批处理已经处理过了。
还遇到一个头疼的问题，复制到BOOT\windows\system32的pecmd.exe不能运行，在原来文件夹下可以运行。复制到system32后属性、安全选项卡里的组和用户就改变了，折腾好久，还是搞不定。
楼主当初有没有遇到类似问题？应该怎么处理？谢谢楼主！

可能是注册表Interactive User没删干净，注意附件要全部解压出来再运行

哈哈,我也一样.按照教程亦步亦趋.复制文件,注册表处理都是批处理完成,不可能出错,结果楼主生成的PE没有问题,我制作的PE总是这样那样的问题.没有一次成功过.查阅了几篇教程,没有要破解dll文件的,但楼主的要破解几个dll文件,搞不清楚怎么回事.

破解DLL也不是必须的，只要你修改了注册表，比如SystemSetupInprogress之类的就行

pecmd.exe不能运行的问题,在台式机上又能运行.在台式机也有复制后用户组和用户改变的情况,并且所有者也改变了,但复制前后都能运行.昨天反馈的情况,是在DELL笔记本发现的.

没遇到pecmd不能运行的问题。另外这是我刚刚按照教程重新制作的PE，可以正常使用Explorer。

不知道PE有没有启动这二个服务,所以pecmd.ini添加了二个服务
serv Dcomlaunch
serv CoreMessaginRegistrar.添加
"\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy"和"\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.Core_cw5n1h2txyewy"二个文件夹所有文件,PE能启动,还是涛声依旧,鼠标又没有了.
丢他老母,没有一次成功的,不搞了.

Nsudo如果用System账户提权不行就用TrustedInstaller提权试试

我靠,差不多两千个Interactive User.难道是这个造成的?那楼主的怎么没问题呢?
