找了二年了,都没找到.
有没有朋友下过此工具?

98不需要REG.EXE(清单里面那个REG.EXE干什么用的还真不清楚，最可能就是扩展功能包里面的咚咚，可能并不是注册表工具)。98的REGEDIT.EXE是可以运行在windows也可以运行在DOS的(纯DOS7.0)。

98 资源工具包内的REG.EXE同2K/XP内的差不多，强大吧！早几年在书上见过，因没找到，一直半信半疑。直到有一本书出了个截图，这才狂找。
98安装盘有一部分资源工具包内的工具，少得可怜！

经我翻出旧的CD，确定Win98SE简体中文版里面肯定没有这个咚咚。

这东东在Microsoft Windows 98 资源工具包内,需要在微软的站点上下载!现在已下不到了.
98安装盘有一部分资源工具包内的工具，少得可怜！

测试，可以用在WIN98/XP下，其余环境没测试。

这个REG和NT下的REG版本，命令行有区别。如：

98版本:（XP下一样成功）
reg add "HKCU\Software\sssssss\vvvvvvv\cccc=mmmmmm"

NT版本:熟悉的命令行
reg add "HKCU\Software\sssssss\vvvvvvv" /v cccc /d mmmmmm
